Whether you’re new to Todoist or just a casual user, there are some features only the die-hards and try-hards know about, the nitty gritty features that don’t immediately jump out at you or may not even seem all that helpful … until you actually try them yourself.
While I’m neither the most productive person around or even the most knowledgable Todoist user, I would say I’m above average when it comes to how I use Todoist and the number of features I use. When I try any new app, I make it a point to do some digging and “waste” some time getting to know the ins and outs, to discover the features that will benefit me down the road. I did that with Todoist and I’ve been using it religiously since May 2014. Even still, I learned some things I didn’t know about Todoist when making this video.
I spent the last several days tinkering in the settings, perusing the Todoist help site, and even gathering my own thoughts and use cases to create a video on the most helpful Todoist tips and tricks possible. You can find that video just below, and if you have any tips or tricks you want to share, please tell me about them in the comments below!
